We fell in love with this gorgeous chiffon polka dot vest the moment we saw it. The vest has a inner grey cotton lining which can be worn reversibly too! Isn't that great? That's two vests in one! How completely versatile. It dresses up and adds layers to a dull outfit any day of the week.
