The waist area and shoulder are banded and there is a double chiffon layer. The inset chiffon lining is black and white polka dots so that it shows on the outside. And this dress IS NOT SHEER, which is the best possible thing we can think of =) Even under the reflection of the lights as the model above, you can see that the dress is completely opaque, except the last few inches where it is designed to tease with the slight overrun of the polka dot layer.

The banded shoulder enables the dress to be worn many different ways (this seems to be a theme of Liwun's store, versatility! We just love to make sure you get your money's worth).
